Peter served for multiple years on the Community Services Committee (serving as Chair and Vice-Chair), the Professional Development Committee, and most meaningfully for him, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee; three principles he sees as essential to our profession. A firm believer in the power of professional associations, Peter was twice elected to 3-year terms as a national director of the Club Managers Association of America. Ralph Mantica

The real estate industry of today is not the same as the one of just one or two years ago. With the almost daily changes to our industry, Dayton REALTORS® have to be proactive and not reactive to our future. Through my service on both the National Association of REALTORS® Executive Committee and the Ohio REALTORS® Executive committee in 2026 and 2027, I have the opportunity to be part of the conversations shaping our industry at the national and state levels,  allowing me to bring those  perspectives, relationships and ideas from across our industry back here to Dayton. I look forward to put those conversations and experiences to work for our members, helping to engage in good discussion in our board room to ensure our members succeed. I am running for the small brokerage seat and would be honored to earn your vote and knowing the decisions made in the boardroom affect our entire membership.
