Dayton REALTORS® is pleased to announce the slate of candidates for the upcoming election for the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the term commencing January 1, 2026. Voting for these candidates begins Tuesday, October 14 and will conclude on Tuesday, October 21 at midnight. The results of the election will be announced at our annual Membership Appreciation event on Wednesday, October 22.

TREASURER CANDIDATES


Tiffany Lobertini

As a selling broker, team founder, and CE/NAR course instructor, Tiffany brings extensive knowledge of the market and industry. A third-generation REALTOR®, she earned her license in 2011 and broker’s license in 2019. Tiffany has held leadership roles with Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Greater Dayton Realtist Association, and Women’s Council of Ohio - NAREB. She is a graduate of the Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy, the National Women’s Council of REALTORS® Leadership Institute, and, the Dayton REALTORS® Leadership Academy. She has remained active on committees at the local, state, and national levels, including as Chair and Vice Chair. Tiffany played an integral part in her family’s brokerage, which ranked third in the Dayton market, before returning to selling full time. As Recruiting & Training Manager, she developed agent training programs and also served as a principal broker. During the pandemic she helped guide agents and staff through remote training and operations. As Dayton REALTORS® treasurer, Tiffany will explore innovative ways to create greater value for members so they can be responsible advocates for their clients.
Brian Sharp

Brian Sharp
With nearly 10 years in real estate and currently serving as Director of Business Development for his brokerage, Brian Sharp brings a wealth of experience. He has about 40 years in retail management, excelling in overseeing multiple locations and leading hundreds of employees while turning around underperforming operations. His expertise also includes transforming nonprofit organizations into debt-free entities that positively impact communities. Brian serves as a Director for Dayton REALTORS® (2023-2025) and is a trustee of the Dayton REALTORS® Foundation. He participates in the NAR RPAC Participation Council and has received numerous accolades, including induction into the Ohio REALTORS® Hall of Honor and the Dayton REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award in 2023. Having recently completed the Ohio REALTORS® and Dayton REALTORS® Leadership academies, Brian is dedicated to fostering leadership within the industry. He also holds roles on the Dayton REALTORS® Finance Committee and has served as an ombudsman and mediator. Additionally, Brian contributes to community initiatives, serving on boards like the Montgomery County Land Bank, Destination Dayton and The Neon Movies.

Cynthia Comer

Cynthia, a life-long resident of the Dayton Region, has over 30 successful years of real estate sales experience.  Cynthia will bring a broad variety of experiences including: Bachelor’s degree in Education (WSU); ABR & SRES Designations; Dayton Neighborhood Leadership Institute Alumni; Co-Founder of the Dayton Area Professional Network; 1 yr. on the Sinclair College Alumni Board & 3 yrs on the Sinclair College Real Estate Advisory Board; she served 7 years on the Dayton REALTORS® Forms committee, 2 yrs. on the Community Revitalization Committee & 1 yr. on the Equal Opportunity Committee.  Cynthia was a pioneer to Buyer Agency – in her sales practice and in teaching Buyer Agency training classes for her company and the Dayton & Cincinnati Board of REALTORS®. Once elected as a director Cynthia will commit to bringing uncommon common sense and promoting positive values within the organization. She will advocate for fairness, transparency, and unity which can help to create a more inclusive and trustworthy environment for all members.

Peter Davies

Peter Davies
Peter Davies is always chasing a dream. After training and working as an actor in London, he discovered a passion for hospitality and spent 25 years in private club management. For the past eight years, he has built a successful career as a REALTOR® in Dayton. Davies believes that a REALTOR® should serve not only clients but also the wider community. Peter served for multiple years on the Community Services Committee (serving as Chair and Vice-Chair), the Professional Development Committee, and most meaningfully for him, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee; three principles he sees as essential to our profession. A firm believer in the power of professional associations, Peter was twice elected to 3-year terms as a national director of the Club Managers Association of America. His guiding philosophy for professional associations has always been to encourage participation while making every effort to ensure no one is left behind. For Peter, being a REALTOR® is about more than selling houses— it's about building relationships, fostering community, and helping others find their place to thrive.

Mike Embree

Mike Embree
Mike Embree is a dedicated real estate professional who leads with integrity, determination, and a community-first mindset. As a Relocation Specialist and Certified Military Specialist with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, he proudly offers the Military On The Move program—helping service members receive over $50,000 in credits/rebates. With strong family ties to the military, this work is both professional and personal. Mike lives in Dayton’s historic district with his husband, John, and is passionate about inclusive communities and upholding Equal Housing standards. He is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, a national education and advocacy network for REALTORS® and the public. Active in the local community, Mike served on the boards of the Greater Dayton LGBT Center and the Kettering Children’s Choir. He contributes to several Dayton REALTORS® committees, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Recognition, and Community Services—supporting efforts with Blue Star Mothers, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Shoes 4 the Shoeless, and Crayons to Classrooms. His passion for service makes him a strong director candidate for Dayton REALTORS®.

Heather Haase

Heather Haase
Heather Haase, affectionately known as “Sunshine,” is excited to bring her positivity, creativity, and dedication to her candidacy for the Dayton REALTORS® Board of Directors. With over 9 years in real estate, Heather has built her business on authenticity, education, and connection. She has proudly served REALTORS® at the local, state, and national levels—contributing to committees, leadership programs, and initiatives that strengthen both members and communities. Known nationally as a speaker and educator, Heather lights up stages with engaging sessions on mindset, networking, and innovation, but her heart remains in service to her peers right here in Dayton, as she mentioned in her 2024 Dayton REALTOR® of the Year speech. Heather believes leadership is about listening, collaboration, and championing fresh ideas while honoring the traditions that make Dayton REALTORS® strong. She brings not only experience but also a contagious energy that inspires others to get involved, grow, and thrive. At home, she’s mom to her amazing teenage daughter Charlie, a karaoke queen, and someone who believes a little sunshine goes a long way.

Lori Lyons

Every vote for Lori Lyons is a vote of confidence in a candidate who’s genuinely and deeply committed to bettering our community of realtors. Lori currently serves as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Dayton Network, Treasurer of the State Network, Vice Chair of Dayton REALTORS®’ Legislative Committee, and Director on the Ohio REALTORS® Board. Lori is also an RPAC Major Investor/President’s Circle Investor. She is committed to professional excellence with designations and certifications including CRS, ABR, SRS, GREEN, PSA, PMN, and C2EX. Lori is a 2024 graduate of the WCR’s National Leadership Institute. Her service with Dayton REALTORS® includes chairing both the Professional Development and Member Services Committees and contributing to the Global Committee. From 2015 to 2021, she owned and operated a small brokerage, gaining first hand experience in leadership and business growth. She has also held leadership roles in the Miami Valley’s largest BNI chapter and served on the board of Hannah’s Treasure Chest. She is ready to represent you with transparency and an unwavering commitment to progress.

Georgiana Nye

Georgiana C. Nye, MBA, joined Coldwell Banker Heritage in December 1987 after serving as a Real Estate Broker in New York for three years. From the start, she has been deeply involved in industry committees and leadership, including serving on the board of directors and as president of the board. She has remained active at the state level with the Ohio REALTOR® Organization while consistently being a top sales leader. In 2016, she received the Distinguished Service Award from the Ohio Association of REALTORS®, given to just one honoree statewide each year. A graduate of the University of Dayton with a degree in English, Georgiana earned a master’s in Education from Xavier University, pursued a PhD in Psychology at Ohio University (ABD), and completed an MBA in Marketing at the University of Toledo. A lifelong learner, she values professionalism and is dedicated to learning, listening, and serving her clients and peers. Additionally, her volunteerism expands to many local area charities where she has served on multiple boards over the years. 

Tyler Morton

Tyler Morton is the Broker and Owner of RE/MAX Victory + Affiliates, a top-performing brokerage serving agents across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. With a passion for supporting REALTORS® through systems, training, and smart tech, Tyler has built one of the region’s most innovative real estate companies. Now serving as Chair of the MLS Committee at Dayton REALTORS®, Tyler has been a consistent voice for agent-focused improvements. While Vice Chair, he helped implement changes like saving usernames and passwords on the MLS login screen and adding brokerage info to agent pages to streamline contracts. He focuses on practical, member-first solutions that reduce friction in the day-to-day work of agents. Tyler also publishes a weekly newsletter called Tech with Ty, an agent-focused resource that helps REALTORS® stay ahead of trends and use technology to grow their business. It is one more way he supports the industry he loves. If elected, Tyler will bring experience, accountability, and a strong agent-first voice to the Board focused on making the association forward-thinking, innovative, and future-ready.

Guy Roth

Born into a real estate family, Guy holds a B.S.B.A in Real Estate & Urban Analysis from the Ohio State University. He has chosen to serve the REALTOR® Community with his service at Dayton REALTORS® on the Board of Directors: 1993-1998, 2003-2008, 2010-2015, 2018-2023, and as an OAR Trustee: 1996, 1998-1999, 2005-2007 & 2010. Guy has also been chair, vice chair and director liaison & member of Professional Standards, Grievance, Professional Development, Equal Opportunity, Forms, MLS, Continuing Education, Legislature, Finance, Commercial/Industrial, Holiday Reception and many other committees. Additionally, he served on the E.O. Search, Nominating, Building Advisory, Strategic Planning and Professional Courtesy Manual special committees. He was Dayton REALTORS® 2000 Broker of the Year & 2022 Distinguished Career Award Recipient. Guy has and will serve the REALTOR® profession and Dayton REALTORS® to ensure professionalism, ethics, fairness and opportunity for all REALTOR® members small or large and the interest of all property owners!

Jeff Spring

Jeff is a native Daytonian and has been a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Heritage since 2007.  He’s served on many committees including New REALTOR® Forum, Forms, Grievance, Government Affairs (Vice Chair), Finance, MLS, CEO Search Committee, and a term as Director.  He manages a large office in Centerville with 90+ agents and production that exceeds $400 million, so he sees REALTOR® Member successes and challenges on a daily basis, and that’s what makes him qualified and motivated to serve as a Dayton REALTORS® Director again. He says his biggest accomplishments in life are being a Dad and a Kidney donor to his wife Missy in 2003 and he wishes that all REALTOR® members consider being an organ and tissue donor! Jeff was named Dayton REALTORS® Manager of the Year in 2022.  Experience matters!

Laurie Westheimer

Laurie Westheimer has been licensed since 2015 and earned an Ohio Real Estate Broker license in 2025. She is Lead Agent for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty’s Oakwood Office and Team Lead of The Westheimer Group. Laurie has served on the Dayton REALTORS® Board of Directors since 2022 and is currently Dayton WCR’s First Vice-Present, and incoming President-Elect.  Designations include CRS, GRI, ABR, SRS and C2EX. Laurie is a graduate of Dayton REALTORS® Leadership Academy (2018) and Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy (2025). She is active primarily in residential real estate, having earned awards through Dayton and Ohio’s Sales Leaders Clubs. Laurie has chaired both DARPAC Fundraising and Community Services Committees, with additional service on Professional Development, Legislative, and Foundation Grant Review Committees. At Ohio REALTORS®, Laurie has served as Director for three years and on Grievance and Professional Standards Committees at the state and local levels. Laurie is committed to elevating the professionalism of the REALTOR® brand and serving members through thoughtful collaboration—looking beyond individual brokerages to strengthen the entire real estate community.

Brett Williford

Brett Williford
Since 1995 Brett has lived the full-time REALTOR® life, both selling and in leadership positions at both his brokerage and Board for over 25 years.  He has focused his Board efforts on the industry-side of the organization rather than the social, serving many years on the MLS committee (and various subcommittees and task forces), the Forms committee and RPAC. Having worked in both small and large brokerages, Brett recognizes the strengths and challenges of each but dials in his representation to the individual agent level. Streamlining processes with an eye toward logical and timely system changes appropriate for each of us, while remaining considerate of our four working generations. In this transitional market we need engaged leadership that is active in the marketplace. The Board exists to serve its members, and Brett’s no-nonsense approach to evaluating questions from differing perspectives has and will continue to bring an easier, more logical experience to your day-to-day efforts. Tough times remain for our industry; trust in Brett’s lifelong experience to navigate the uncertain waters before us.

Heather has been privileged to serve Dayton REALTORS®, Ohio REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. These experiences have provided her with a broad perspective and a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges members face at every level of the profession.
