Billie Duncan-Hart
Billie, born and raised in Dayton, has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1993. She is a proud recipient of the distinguished 2018 “REALTOR® of the Year” Award, and was a Director from 2013-2018 as well as a RPAC Sterling “R” Contributor since 2008. She chaired, vice-chaired, and served on several committees including: Legislative/RPAC, Grievance, and Community Services. She was the appointed chair of the MLS Task Force in 2018 along with serving on the Professionals Standards Committee since 2012. Billie was a graduate of the first Dayton REALTOR® Leadership Development Academy in 2013 and a longtime local and state sales leader. Her goal is to encourage and educate more REALTOR® to get involved in the board and make a difference. She knows it will be a privilege and an honor to serve as your Dayton REALTOR® 2020 Treasurer.

Bernadette Gerren
Bernadette is the Broker/Owner of her own brokerage and has been a member of Dayton REALTORS® for over three decades. Having earned designations of ABR, CRS, GRI, Bernadette is very passionate about staying current on new regulations and the ever changing trends in the real estate industry. She has earned the distinction of Sales Leader for Dayton REALTORS® and Ohio REALTORS® for many years. Bernadette has adopted a guiding motto of “Educate…Empower…Mobilize”. She has consistently volunteered her service, skills and talents to the Dayton REALTORS® membership as demonstrated by having served on several committees including Government Affairs, Global Alliance, Grievance & Professional Standards, Holiday Reception Task Force, Equal Opportunity & Diversity and Community Service. Additionally, Bernadette serves as 1st Vice President for both the Greater Dayton Realtist Association chapter and the Women’s Council of Ohio affiliate of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. Bernadette Gerren is a Founding Board Member of Miami Valley Fair Housing which is one of her community volunteer honors that she cherishes and holds close to her heart.
Anne Goss
Anne is a Sales Vice-President who was licensed in 1985. A member of Dayton REALTORS® and WRIST, she has consistently earned sales production awards with her company, Dayton REALTORS®, and Ohio REALTORS®. Her committee work includes both Dayton REALTORS® and Ohio REALTORS®. She has served as an Ohio-REALTORS® Director (2017-2019), president Dayton-WCR (2013-2014), and president of Ohio-WCR (2018). She is a graduate of Dayton REALTORS'® Leadership Development and Floyd Wickman’s S.M.A.R.T. program. In addition, Anne is a Realtist member and has been involved with Women in Business Networking (WiBN) as a Director and named one of the Top 25 Women to Watch in 2013. Her community involvement includes Treasurer of Northmont Soccer for 20+ years, meals to St. Vincent DePaul, supporter of Covenant House and Habitat for Humanity. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart of 38 years; they love to travel, camp and explore the world. Anne welcomes this opportunity to support you and the Dayton REALTORS®.
Heather Haase
Heather will bring vision and energy as your Dayton REALTORS® Director in 2020, being an active and optimistic advocate for all REALTORS®. She is a highly respected member of Dayton REALTORS®, serving as Chair for the award-winning Dayton REALTORS® YPN Committee and a proud member of DARPAC Fundraising, Holiday Task Force and Professional Development. Heather represents our association with professionalism as a Ohio REALTORS® director and member of the Ohio REALTORS® YPN. She is an RPAC Major Investor with a passion for advocacy and proudly took the pledge of the RPAC YPN 10 for 10. As a Gem City Ambassador, graduate of Dayton REALTORS® Leadership academy, and co-chair of RE BarCamp Ohio, Heather is a diversified leader that brings all our members together. Heather is also proud mom to her amazing daughter, Charlie. With a passion for REALTOR® advocacy & our Association, she respectfully asks for your vote to represent you on the 2020 Board of Directors for Dayton REALTORS®.
Jennifer Moore
A native Daytonian, born and raised in Centerville, Jennifer Moore has a well established understanding of the local real estate market. She is also a USAA & Corporate Relocation Specialist and Branch Sales Manager. Jennifer attended The Miami Valley School in Washington township and continued her education at The University of Dayton where she acquired her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Moore obtained her real estate license in 2004, has been a Sales Leader amongst her peers and has been recognized on the local, state, national and international levels though her brokerage as an International Diamond Society recipient. Jennifer is active with the Dayton REALTORS®, has served on the RPAC committee in all capacities since 2007 and is also serves on the Government Affairs, Professional Standards committees and is a Director for the Ohio REALTORS®. She looks forward to continuing to work with the Dayton REALTORS®, bringing the same dedication and commitment to the Board of Directors.
Jeff Owens
Jeff's experience comes from 30 Years as a REALTOR®, licensed with one brokerage for all 30 years. He is active in local, state and national REALTOR® associations, including past director and current MLS chair at Dayton REALTORS®. He is also a member of the National MLS committee, several state committees, member of Delaware Board of REALTORS® and past-president, member of the Lancaster Board of REALTORS® and current MLS Director, member of the Richmond ( Indiana) Association of REALTORS® and current director. Jeff would like to use the wide scope of information he is exposed to from his involvement at NAR and Ohio REALTORS®.
Kunal Patel
Kunal is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he obtained an undergraduate degree in Logistics. He continued his education at the Wright State University where he completed his MBA and accepted a position at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Kunal joined his current brokerage in 2013 and has proven himself to be a real estate sales leader with an unparalleled leading-edge vision of the ever-changing industry. Patel was named an Associate Partner in 2019 in addition to being recognized Internationally by his brokerage as the #9 Team. In 2018, he was nominated by Inman Connect as a contender for the most innovative team and recognized by the Dayton Business Journal as a 40 under 40 recipient. This year he is part of the 2020 Leadership Dayton Class. Kunal is thoughtful and possesses an acute understanding of the local and national real estate market. Raised in the Dayton area, he looks forward to bringing the same level of excellence to the board room as one of your elected 2020 Directors.
Maura Schmitt
Maura Schmitt has been an active member of Dayton REALTORS® since 2014 and has collaborated on various committees from Grievance, Government Affairs and Professional Development. She is the vice chair of the Recognition Committee and a DARPAC contributor. As a Regional Manager, she gratefully serves more than 50 agents. A 2018 Graduate of the Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy, she is now a committee member encouraging agents from around the state to better utilize their talent and potential. In addition, Maura currently serves as the PTO president at her area high school and junior high. She’s also on two committees for the Ronald McDonald House's children’s charity event “Doors of Compassion”. Maura’s primary goal is maintaining integrity in our industry. She believes the rapidly changing real estate environment is pressing the importance for all brokerages to better collaborate with one another and ensure the success & longevity of every committed REALTOR® in our region. Maura is the mother of three: Adam, Emily and Sophie. Her husband Tobias is also a member of Dayton REALTORS®.
Joe Willen
Joe has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2006. He has served Dayton REALTORS® through the years on numerous committees including: Legislative, Community Service, Membership Services, New REALTOR® Forum, Young Professionals Network, DARPAC Fundraising, and Golf Outing. Joe was in the inaugural class of the Dayton REALTOR® Leadership Development Program. He is also on the Training & Mentoring team at his brokerage. A lifetime resident of the Dayton area, Joe is a graduate of Kettering Fairmont High School and Wright State University. He has been a member of the Dor-Wood Optimist Club in Kettering since 2010, serving as Club President in 2014-15. In the “That's Who We R” campaign, NAR talks about REALTORS®helping to build communities. Joe believes that the foundation of that community building begins right here within our association. We need to be an organization that allows every voice to be heard. Joe will make it his goal to be that voice for all agents regardless of the size of their brokerage.
