Dayton area home sales in the month of April saw a surge in both sales and prices, as reported by the Dayton Realtors Multiple Listing Service. The monthly numbers for single-family home and condominium sales in the Miami Valley increased 14% with 1,228 sales reported, compared with the 1,075 sales last April. Sales volume generated by April’s activity totaled $325 million, a 21% increase from April 2023.
