Our title operation is led by our chief underwriter and co-owner Tyler Pyle. Tyler’s staff consists of title abstractors Bill Fischer and Casey Hardenbrook. Michelle Wayne, Rebecca Vaughn and Bridget Carver are licensed title insurance agents and together they prepare title commitments, underwrite policies and handle title problem resolution. Candace Presson issues final title insurance policies and distributes recorded deeds and trust documents to the appropriate parties.

Our closing operations department consists of title order entry, buyer and seller information processing, scheduling, marketing and our closing officers. The staff of closing operations is managed by co-owner Lisa Terry. Her staff has over 100 years of combined title and real estate industry experience.
Julie Strader, Emily Gilmore, and Kyle Thacker insure new title orders are entered with accuracy and all supporting documentation relating to ordering payoffs and HOA status letters is received in a timely manner. Meeting closing deadlines is extremely important to Home Services Title LLC and our team always delivers. Stacy Robinson is our closing coordinator and works closely with our agents and lenders. Stacy schedules all of our closings including pre-signings and buyer or seller mail away closings.
Jerry Boggs, Denny Terry and Alek Klopf represent our full time closing staff. Our closing staff’s number one goal is insuring a smooth and professional closing which meets all parties’ expectations. Jerry and Denny also contribute to our marketing efforts, headed up by Lisa Terry. Jerry is our resident expert on communicating with clients on the availability of owner’s title insurance prior to closing.

Home Services Title LLC – Escrow Operations
Our talented staff of escrow operations is led by co-owner Michelle Pyle. Kelly Burrows and Megan Heindl are the lead processors who work closely with the lenders in preparing closing statements and the final closing documents. Jessica Caldwell is our post-closing administrator and is responsible for disbursing and balancing the funds on every closing file. Chelsea League prepares seller documents for seller mail away closings or seller pre-signings with a Home Services Title LLC closing officer. The escrow operations staff has 60 plus years of title and real estate industry experience. Their experience and attention to detail provides accurate closing documents and instills confidence to our loyal clients.
