On February 12, Dayton REALTORS® announced the recipients of the 2025 Affiliate, Rookie, Owner/Manager, and REALTOR® of the Year Awards during the Dayton REALTORS® Installation. They also honored one member with the Distinguished Career Award and announced recipients of the YPN Top 5 Under 40. Their contributions to the real estate industry, the community, and the REALTOR® organization are greatly appreciated.
REALTOR® of the Year – Tiffany Lobertini, has been a member of the REALTOR® organization since 2011 and was a graduate of the Dayton REALTORS® Leadership Academy, the Ohio REALTORS®Leadership Academy, and Women’s Council of REALTORS® National Leadership Institute. She holds the ABR, GREEN, PMN, SRS, At Home with Diversity, ePRO and MRP designations or certifications. Tiffany has served as a Dayton REALTORS® director from 2022 through 2025, and currently serves as the Dayton REALTORS® treasurer. She has chaired or participated on many board committees including Finance, Legislative, Professional Development, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. At the state level, she has served as a director from 2021 through 2025 has been a member of Ohio REALTORS®’ Equal Opportunity- Diversity, Legal Issues Forum, Local Government Forum, Professional Development, and Legislative committees. At the National Association of REALTORS®, Tiffany has served as a member of the Diversity Committee since 2024. Tiffany is also a highly active instructor for Dayton REALTORS®, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Dayton and Ohio Realtists, Ohio REALTORS® and NAR. As an active participant in our community, Tiffany is involved with the Gary Geis Dance Company, Temple Israel and Miami Valley Fair Housing Center.
Owner / Manager of the Year – Brian Sharp, has been licensed and a member of Dayton REALTORS® since 2016. He holds the SRES, GRI, C2EX, MRP and PSA designations or certifications and is a graduate of both the Dayton and Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy. Brian has chaired or served on many board committees including Finance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Professional Standards, Grievance, the Dayton REALTORS® Foundation Trustee and Grant Review committees. He was elected to serve on the Dayton REALTORS® Board of Directors from 2023-2025. For Ohio REALTORS®, Brian has served as a director from 2020 through 2025 in addition to serving on their Professional Development and REALTOR® Party committees. For the National Association of REALTORS® he has served on the RPAC Participation Council since 2024. Outside of real estate, Brian still has time for community involvement with the Human Race Theatre, Destination Dayton, Miami Valley Symphony, Neon Movies and Montgomery County Land Bank.
Affiliate of the Year – Frank Petrie, is a member of the Finance and Picnic committees and has served on the Board of Directors since 2024. he is involved in other industry-related activities including service on the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce Finance Committee, Miami Valley Fair Housing Center, and County Corp Homeownership Center. Frank has been a recipient of the Dayton Mortgage Bankers Hall of Fame award and an instructor for appraisal and industry update classes.
REALTOR® Good Neighbor Award – Glenda Marck, has used her expertise to encourage local businesses and volunteers to come together to raise funds and spread awareness and inclusion. She received a real estate sales license in 2022, and has served on the Global, Golf, and Community Service committees, being actively involved in the annual golf outing benefiting the Dayton REALTORS® Foundation, and volunteering with community service committee’s efforts with Bowl for Kids’ Sake, Dayton Food Bank, Shoes 4 the Shoeless, Blue Star Mothers, and more. Glenda community service involvement is extensive. She is the founder and president of the non-profit “Belle’s Yellow Legacy of Love”, founded in memory of her daughter. This charity funds adaptive tools, sensory equipment and inclusive programs to enrich the lives of individuals with special needs. Over 300 individuals have been directly supported through this group’s efforts by funding essential programs such as “Music Is Fun” at the St. Paris Library, Sensitive Santa events and a Giving Fund. Glenda’s ability to motivate and deliver results continues to strengthen neighborhoods, empower individuals and enhance the REALTOR® spirit of service across the Miami Valley.
Rookie of the Year – Amanda McDaniel, was licensed in April 2024. As a New REALTOR®, she completed transactions totaling over $1.4 million in sales between January and September 2025 and qualified for the Sales Leaders Award of Achievement.
Also during the ceremonies, the Young Professional Network’s “Top Three Under 40” Awards were also presented. The “Top Three Under 40” recognized future leaders of the organization based on community involvement, sales volume, and participation in Dayton REALTORS® activities. The recipients were Amanda Landis with Glasshouse Realty Group, Stephanie Crider with Coldwell Banker Heritage, and Dana Kilian with Coldwell Banker Heritage.
