Dayton REALTORS®' Professional Development touches every member and covers far more ground than simply education. Certainly, that's an important major component. The Professional Development Advisory Group identifies and recommends topics for classes, seminars and now webinars to make available to our members. We look at what is current, what will give you the tools you need to be successful, and what will help you be more valuable to your clients. Our goal is to give our members a complete array of what they need to complete their license continuing education requirements as well as special designations and certifications. Our members don’t have to look any further than Dayton REALTORS® for all their CE needs.
Another area that Professional Development covers is to enhance the professionalism in our industry. This includes developing future leaders through our Leadership Academy, and partnering with community leaders and organizations to promote the region, such as when we work with the Downtown Dayton Partnership to present their annual Commercial Tour. Additionally, we highlight programs such as NAR’s Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program.
