Dayton REALTORS® swore in the 2025 officers and directors at the REALTORS® Installation Reception, held at the Dayton Masonic Center on January 7. The highlight of the event was the inauguration of Pat Corle as president of the 3,300-member association.
Corle, owner of Home Experts Realty, has been a REALTOR® at Dayton REALTORS® since 1994. In 2023 she was elected as Dayton REALTORS® treasurer and served as the chairperson of the finance committee, and in 2024 she was president-elect and oversaw several committees and projects.
During her inaugural address, Corle laid out the theme of her year as “living and working by The Golden Rule”. “There is no room for hate or jealousy in life or business, but we make changes one Realtor at a time, one person/client/customer at a time, and one homeowner at a time making our communities stronger and more vibrant,” stated Corle. “We move Dayton and the Dayton Metro communities as one voice and heart, with Dayton REALTORS® fostering and leading us toward opportunities for growth, collaboration and service.”
Other board officers installed include Barbara Waddell, president-elect, and Kunal Patel, treasurer. Associated with Irongate, Inc., Waddell has been a REALTOR® for 25 years, and Patel, associated with Glasshouse Realty Group, has been a REALTOR® since 2013.
Members recently elected or re-elected to the Board of Directors are Elizabeth Cooper, associated with Glasshouse Realty Group; Laurie Johnson, associated with Coldwell Banker Heritage; Tiffany Lobertini, associated with Home Experts Realty; Andrew Nicholl, associated with Coldwell Banker Heritage; and Frank Petrie with Wright-Patt Credit Union.
REALTORS® who are serving unexpired terms on the Board of Directors are Heidi Menke, Laurie Westheimer, and Brian Sharp, associated with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Professional Realty; Rhonda Chambal, associated with Irongate Inc.; Missy Sansabrino, associated with Glasshouse Realty Group, Tammy Murphy, associated with RH2L, Anjanette Frye, associated with RCF Properties; Jennifer Moore, associated with Coldwell Banker Heritage; and Joe Willen, associated with Home Experts Realty. Kelly McCormick, associated with Coldwell Banker Heritage, will continue to serve on the board as immediate past-president.
