We’ve rolled out “eClosings”, where the borrower will receive their closing documents prior to closing to be signed electronically. Now they only need to execute the notarized documents at the closing table. That means no more faxing for funding authorization!
The “Ultimate Home Buying Experience” is now live. With an online application, we can automatically pull employment history, asset information, credit and electronically underwrite the file. Appraisal and title is all we need to close!
