The Dayton Realtors Leadership Academy will host a free workshop for first-time homebuyers on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Dayton Art Institute, located at 456 Belmonte Park N, Dayton, OH 45405.

This complimentary workshop is designed to help prospective buyers navigate the entire homebuying process. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from local Realtors, lenders, and title companies. These industry experts will provide practical guidance and insights on how to get started on the path to homeownership.

To accommodate a diverse community, sessions will be offered in both English and Spanish.
A light breakfast will be served. The event is family-friendly, and a dedicated children’s area with engaging activities will be available to keep kids entertained throughout the morning. Following the workshop, all attendees are invited to stay and enjoy the museum at no additional cost.
