Dayton REALTORS® in Ohio and Coastal Carolinas MLS in South Carolina have partnered together to share property data access among their MLS subscribers through the REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR). Collectively, this property data information will be available to over 10,000 REALTORS® to better serve their clients.
RPR is the nation’s largest property database, exclusively for REALTORS®. The platform provides REALTORS® with data, tools, and reports that help them quickly respond to client questions, conduct research, and provide valuable insights throughout the real estate transaction.
Through the new data-sharing partnership, members of both associations can search one another’s RPR database for active property listings, access full property details, and view contact information for the listing agent. The expanded access allows REALTORS® to navigate transactions beyond their local market.
