Starting Monday April 14th, 2025, you will be able to enter and update your square footage on your own! Additional fields have also been added for Above Grade SqFt, Below Grade SqFt (Finished), and Below Grade SqFt Unfinished.
NOTE: MLS Rules require that IF your Square Footage entered is different than what is listed with the county, the SqFt Source CANNOT be “Assessor’s Data”.
With the new fields, we did need to re-arrange our listing display. Please see below for the changes (color-coded text and highlights for clarity).
- Added Above Grade SqFt, Below Grade SqFt (Finished), and Below Grade SqFt Unfinished
- Moved DOM from the Listing Information up to the top alongside the CDOM
- Moved the Entry Date and Expiration Date over to the Listing Date
- Moved the Showing Information over to the Contact Information
