The Recognition Committee of Dayton REALTORS® is pleased to announce the 2025-2026 Sales Leaders Award Program which you can apply for to promote your sales achievements. The 2025-2026 Sales Leaders Award Program will recognize five levels of individual production and five levels of team awards. Individual awards start at the $1 million level and team awards start at the $1.5 million level. All levels can qualify with the appropriate number of sale/lease transactions. Any REALTOR® member of Dayton REALTORS® in good standing is eligible to apply for recognition of their sales performance. There is an application fee of $95 to apply for the 2025-26 Sales Leaders Award. Applications can be submitted via email (deadline is October 23, 2026) or in person by 5 p.m. October 30, 2026.

- Complete the 2025-26 Sales Leaders Award Application Coversheet. including checking the rules acknowledgment box. Rules acknowledgment box must be checked or application will be disqualified.

Complete the Sales Leaders Club Application Transaction Form (must be typed) or submit a spreadsheet/Excel file with the exact same information and format as the official Sales Leaders Club Transaction Form including totals and signatures.
