Dayton REALTORS® recognizes the youngest, brightest, and most successful agent members of the Young Professional’s Network (YPN). The YPN is leading the next generation of REALTORS® and making a difference in the community. The YPN is an essential part of the future of Dayton REALTORS®, and we want to recognize applicants and the top five for their successes.
Dayton REALTORS’® Young Professionals Network invites applicants to apply for the YPN Top 5 Award. This award criterion includes members 40 years of age and under and considers sales volume, industry achievements, career goals, and community service. To receive this honor of Top Five Under 40 is a career show stopper that endures the test of time as a career place-holder and showcases future leadership at Dayton’s Real Estate Association.

(Company identifying information is excluded), The Top 5 Winners will be announced at the annual Installation Ceremony in January.
An application fee of $20 is requested with the submission of the application and donated to the Dayton REALTORS® Foundation. The Foundation supports charities around the Dayton area, and the fee will be billed to the applicant’s account upon application.
