The Recognition Committee of Dayton REALTORS® is pleased to announce the 2018-19 Sales Leader Award Program to provide recognition to our members for their outstanding sales performance. The 2018-19 Sales Leaders Award Program will recognize four levels of individual production and four levels of team awards, with the individual awards starting at $1 million and the team awards at $1.5 million. All levels can qualify with the appropriate number of sale/lease transaction credits. Any REALTOR® member in good standing is eligible to receive this recognition for outstanding sales performance.
Changes this year to the program include NO application fee. To apply for the award simply complete the cover sheet, transactions form and submit a photo. ONLY THE OFFICIAL 2018-19 COVER SHEET WILL BE ACCEPTED. Applications can be submitted via email, in-person or mail. Applications are due by 5 pm on October 24 for online entries or 5 pm on October 31 for hard copies.
All recipients of the award will receive an electronic certificate. An applicant can order a plaque for $60 or plate (to attach to their existing plaque) for $10 by checking the appropriate box with payment on the official coversheet. All certificates, plaques and plates will be distributed at or after the awards luncheon.
An award recognition luncheon will be held in January 2020 to honor the recipients. To attend the luncheon award recipients will need to purchase a ticket upon registration for the event.
