This class is the 2nd of a 3 part Matrix MLS series.

The second of three Matrix classes, you’ll review more advanced ways of doing a search, setting up contacts, auto emails and saved searches. You will also learn how you and your client can benefit from using the client portal. Finally, you’ll learn the basics of setting up a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), one of the most important unique services you can provide. Additionally you will learn how to customize reports, searches and employ different ways to view info in the MLS.
