DIRECTORS ACTIONS FOR APRIL
A meeting of the Board of Directors was held April 21. The following is a summary of actions taken:
- Accepted statement of financial condition through March 30, 2025 for Board and MLS operations.
- Approved list of new members and the list of members suspended and expelled for non-payment.
- Approved updates to the Contract to Purchase
- Approved proposed amendments to the Constitution Bylaws to change the timeline of the annual billing cycle. The proposed amendment will be presented to membership for a vote (watch for details coming soon).
