Omni Home Inspections is a full-service, locally owned and operated, home inspection business. Not only do we provide inspection services for buyers, but we also provide inspections for owners planning to put their home on the market. In addition to home inspections, we provide Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspections and radon testing.
Omni is licensed by the State of Ohio, is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and is a member of the Dayton Better Business Bureau. We pride ourselves on the quality of client service we deliver. An inspection takes 3-4 hours, with the last half hour or so devoted to meeting with the client, walking with them around the house and explaining any items of concern. We spend as much time with the client as they choose. A written report is sent to them within about 24 hours, and they are free to contact us with any questions before or after receipt of the report.
We take pride in helping clients understand more about the home they are about to purchase, probably their biggest investment yet.
