This two day class fulfills the new licensee’s first post licensing requirement which must be completed within the first twelve months and reported to the ODRE&PL.  This course, designed by the state,  covers business practice issues of significance regarding financing, agency, advertising, property disclosure, earnest money, fair housing, ethics and contract  law. YOU MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE 100% of the 10 HOURS TO RECEIVE A COMPLETION CERTIFICATE.
